BRIEF INTRODUCTION
TO WORK AND STUDY OF LAWYER JINCHONG CHANG

Lawyer Jinchong Chang, Male, Born on December 20, 1968, Han
nationality, Undergraduate major in law, Community college major in
accountancy, PETS Level 3 of ministry of state education, Legal
practitioners﹝License № 150203111985﹞, Intermediate
accountant﹙appraisals﹚.
I graduated from Shandong Zaozhuang Financial and Taxation college
in June 1992, major in accountancy. In the same year , I joined the
investment company in mainland of china which affiliated to Indonesia
Kungces Group Corporation, acting as Chief Finance Office in planing
financial department. My functions were as follows：dealing with Stock
issue Management, Management of Finance and Accounting, Contract of
Construction Management and being responsible for accounting for the
infrastructure of the company; management of flowing capital, raised
funds and investment.At the same time, I completed two-year high
education in October 1997 and undergraduate course in June 2000 in law
school of Shandong University respectively. In October 2002, the
certificate of state judicial examination was obtained. With respect to
difficulties in execution of effective judicial documents, I wrote the
graduation paper Explaination of Demonstration of Execution in Civil
Procedure which was highly recommended by the law school of Shandong
University .From March 2003 to September 2005, I worked in state-own law
firm affiliated to Shandong Zaozhuang Justice Bureau; from October 2005,
I act as a professional lawyer,one of the core team members in the law
firm affiliated to Shandong Qingdao Justice Bureau.
In the period of practice, I cooperated with China Orient
asset management company ; presented legal proposals and underwent risk
control for the unhealthy assets of Bank of Chinaand Construction Bank
of China which both affiliated to China Orient asset management company.
Through our legal investigation, some bad debts were reasonably disposed
and a lot of loss was reduced so that the stability and safety of
state-owned assets were greatly kept. For many years, I act as a legal
advisor and provide a complete set of legal sevice from project approval
to property mangement for Qingdao Jiahuang Real Estate Development
Co.,Ltd which affiliated to Dihuang Industries﹝U.S.A.﹞and Shandong
Shengyuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd .While acting as a legal
counsel for many enterprises, I am employed as a legal instructor for
some schools such as Qingdao Laixi Mechanical Engineering Secondary
School, Shandong Xuecheng Diglossia Experimentation School and Shandong
Lunan Vocational Technique School.

張 金 鐘
張金鐘律師，男，1968年12月20日出生，漢族，法律專業(yè)本科、會計學(xué)專科學(xué)歷；國家教育部 PETS
英語三級；執(zhí)業(yè)律師(執(zhí)業(yè)證號:150203111985)、中級會計師(評聘)。
1992年6月畢業(yè)于山東省棗莊財稅專科財務(wù)會計專業(yè)，同年進入印度尼西亞光彩集團中國大陸投資公司，擔(dān)任公司計劃財務(wù)部會計主管，從事股票發(fā)行和管理、財務(wù)會計核算和建設(shè)工程合同管理工作，負責(zé)公司基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)工程項目的核算、企業(yè)運營資本管理、籌資及投資管理。其間，先后于1997年6月和2000年6月完成山東大學(xué)法學(xué)院法律專業(yè)專科和本科學(xué)歷教育，并于2002年10月通過國家司法考試，取得法律職業(yè)資格；針對法院執(zhí)行難所撰寫的畢業(yè)論文《民事訴訟執(zhí)行程序的實證分析》獲得法學(xué)院高度好評。2003年3月至2005年9月執(zhí)業(yè)于山東棗莊市司法局直屬國資律師事務(wù)所；2005年10月至今任青島市司法局直屬律師事務(wù)所專職律師、核心團隊律師。
執(zhí)業(yè)期間，長期與中國東方資產(chǎn)管理公司合作，對其所屬的中國銀行、中國建設(shè)銀行股份有限公司等國有金融機構(gòu)的不良資產(chǎn)進行風(fēng)險控制和法律分析；通過法務(wù)調(diào)查，盤活了大量壞帳、呆帳，減少了壞帳損失，極大地維護了國有資產(chǎn)的安全和穩(wěn)定。多年來，一直為美國加州地煌實業(yè)集團青島嘉煌房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)投資有限公司和山東盛苑房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司提供從前期項目立項審批到后期物業(yè)管理的全程法律顧問服務(wù)。在擔(dān)任多家企業(yè)、公司法律顧問的同時，又被青島萊西機械工程學(xué)校、山東薛城雙語實驗學(xué)校和山東魯南職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院等多所院校邀聘為法務(wù)教導(dǎo)員。 |
